fight belly fat

I have a flabby stomach and I really want it to be firm and flat for my holiday is in April … Ive heard that sit-ups and inflections are less effective way! … and junk food at a good cuttting. But I want to know a quick way to really effective to fight with my big soft belly! Thank you =]
The only thing to get rid of my belly is to do cardio to lose fat! which is the only way ….. do crunches and adjustments sitting will not help you at all, it does build muscle under the fat layer and layer of fat will always be there and you can still look soft. again, the only way to lose body fat is to do cardio, at least 30 minutes per day, no sugar, no junk food, only water, not juice or soda. the biggest myth is to do sit ups and crunches to get a flat stomach. - WRONG!
